Monthly Community Meditation

Shared Silence is a monthly ritual at NANG Studio.

We gather to sit together for 30 minutes.
No levels. No expectations.
Nothing to fix. Nothing to achieve.
Just breath. Just presence. Shared.

The event is free to attend.
If you feel called to give, you can add a voluntary donation when booking.
All contributions will support a selected wellbeing or education project.
