BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Our Approach

Our booking and cancellation policies are designed to be fair to both our students and our teachers, whose time and preparation are dedicated to you.

We ask for your cooperation to maintain a respectful, smooth-running studio experience.

2. Group Class Cancellations

  • You may cancel a class up to 6 hours before the scheduled start time without losing your credit.

  • Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the class will result in the session being charged.

  • This allows us to offer the spot to another student.

3. Workshops & Events

  • Workshops and special events require preparation and have limited availability.

  • Cancellation is possible up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time.

  • After this period, the session fee will be fully charged.

  • If Nang Studio cancels an event, you will receive either a full refund or a rescheduled option.

Note: Memberships do not include workshops, special events, or retreats unless explicitly stated.

4. Massage & Wellbeing Appointments

  • Appointments must be booked in advance.

  • Cancellation is possible up to 48 hours before the scheduled time.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full.

  • This ensures the time reserved for you is respected.

5. Private 1:1 Yoga Sessions

  • Must be booked in advance.

  • Cancellation requires minimum 24 hours notice.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows are charged in full.

  • Packages follow the validity stated at purchase and are non-refundable.

6. No-Show Policy

  • If you do not attend a booked class, workshop, or session without cancelling within the allowed timeframe, it will be considered a no-show.

  • In this case:

    • The session will be charged in full

    • Class credits will not be reinstated

  • Repeated no-shows may result in temporary booking restrictions for membership users.

7. Booking Guidelines

  • Advance booking is recommended to secure your spot.

  • The studio reserves the right to limit bookings for repeated no-shows or misuse of membership access.

  • Always check your booking confirmation and update your contact details to receive reminders.
