1:1 Session with Carmen

A one-to-one space to slow down, reflect and reconnect with yourself.

These sessions are designed for moments when you feel overwhelmed, out of balance, or simply in need of guidance. Together we explore what may be happening in your body, your daily rhythms, and your relationship with rest, nourishment and self-care.

Carmen’s approach is gentle, integrative and non-prescriptive, focusing on simple and realistic ways to support your wellbeing.

This session may support you if you:

• feel overwhelmed or mentally tired
• struggle to slow down or find balance in your daily life
• feel disconnected from your body or your natural rhythms
• want to improve your relationship with food and nourishment
• are looking for a calm space to reflect and reset

These sessions can also complement your yoga practice at the studio, offering a more personal space to explore your wellbeing and reconnect with yourself.

Duration: 60 minutes

Cost: 95 euro

Available: every Tuesday and Friday at 3 pm and 4.30 pm

Humanist Reflexology

Understand, transform, radiate

Reflexology is a practice rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine that works deeply on the body and the nervous system.

Through a precise and mindful touch, it helps release tension, stimulate the body’s natural functions, and restore overall balance.

In its humanist approach, it goes further:
It invites you to reconnect with your emotions, gain a deeper understanding of your inner states, and transform what may be holding you back.

This practice can support you to:

– release physical and emotional tension
– restore balance and a more stable energy
– reconnect with yourself in a gentle and supportive way

Each session provides a space to slow down, listen, and allow the body to return to its natural state of intelligence.

An invitation to take care of yourself from within and open to a deeper, lasting sense of wellbeing.
