Discover the Practice

Our Approach to Yoga

At Nang Studio, practice is approached with presence, care, and simplicity.

Yoga is not seen as something to achieve, but as a way to listen to your body, your breath, and what is present.

The name Nang comes from Tibetan and means within.
It reflects the essence of our practice: an invitation to turn inward, slow down, and reconnect with what truly supports us.

Our classes are grounded, inclusive, and adaptable, supporting different bodies, rhythms, and moments of life.
We value consistency over performance, curiosity over perfection, and connection over comparison.

Margherita Martinelli

Vinyasa Yoga

I'm a movement enthusiast who discovered yoga out of curiosity and never let it go. After a 200h YTT in Indonesia and a NeuroYoga training, I continue studying the breath to deepen my understanding of the body. In my hypermobile-friendly classes, I combine creative vinyasa, neurology drills, and breathing techniques to help students move with awareness, pain-free, and to their full potential. For me, movement is about curiosity, learning, and adaptation, not perfection.

Vinyasa, Nidra, Yin & Power Yoga

In my classes, you are invited to reconnect with your inner self and the sacred energy within. Through a gentle fusion of movement, breath, meditation, and mantra, I create space for healing, balance, and inner peace.

Each practice is a journey, one that softens the mind, opens the heart, and strengthens the body with awareness and intention.

You will leave feeling grounded, aligned, and deeply nourished, with a renewed sense of clarity, calm, and connection to yourself.

Yoga became a path back to me during a time of personal transformation and this continues to shape my teaching. My approach is balanced and rooted in practices I continue to explore, including Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra. I also offer immersive workshops and sound journeys. I have been teaching since 2021.
